Gel
casting pack
Single pack for casting up to 1 litre of SDS-PAGE gel with
standard Lemmli chemistry (enough for up to 14 large format
gels).
The pack contains:
- acrylamide solution (37.5:1 acrylamide:bis-acrylamide)
- glycerol solution
- tris/SDS solution (pH8.8)
- TEMED solution
- four aliquots of ammonium persulphate
- The only thing that the user needs to supply is approx.
1800 ml of high quality water
10X
Gel running buffer concentrate
2.5l of 10X gel running buffer.
Once diluted to 1X, provides a buffer of 25mM tris, 192mM
glycine, 0.2% SDS.
