The description listed is those used in the IPI database. Note that many proteins have numerous names and abbreviations. For further details on the protein, click on the relevant IPI numbers.

To search for proteins of interest use your browsers 'Find' function, often found by pressing 'CTRL' and 'F' on your keyboard at the same time. For best results, use a portion of the name and continue to press 'Next' until your protein is found. For example, type in 'kinase' then press 'Next' several times to see all protein entries with kinase in the description.

Proteins not listed require additional enrichment as part of the assay development. Contact NextGen Sciences to discuss your requirements.

Important Notes:

• NextGen Sciences cannot guarantee that a sufficient number for peptides for each protein will pass the criteria to be included in an assay
• These proteins were detected in healthy human plasma. There is no guarantee that the same proteins will be detected or that an assay can be developed in a customer's sample until an initial investigation is performed.
