A 'catalogue' of proteins detected in human and animal samples for which assays can be developed rapidly

The following indexes are proteome maps of various tissues, biofluids and cell lines. Listing the proteins where NextGen Sciences has detected a minimum of 2 peptides which therefore can be developed rapidly into an assay with a high probability of success.

The indexes are updated frequently as we improve the limits of detection of our assay platform and add new sample types.
