Rhatigan has been a director of a number of public companies
listed in London, Vancouver and Toronto and has extensive
international experience in many fields including construction,
commercial and residential property investment and development,
stone quarrying, asphalt manufacturing, mining and mineral
exploration. Mr Rhatigan is Vice Chairman, non-executive,
of Manor River Resources Inc., a Canadian company whose shares
are quoted on the Toronto Venture Exchange and on AIM and
is Chairman of its Audit Committee and also of its Remunition
Committee. |

Kevin
O’Donovan is a highly experienced director of life science
companies with 23 years experience in the industry. From a
sales and marketing background, gained within one of the largest
independent life science distribution companies in the UK,
Kevin went on to found his own company, Hybaid, specialising
in Molecular Biology instrumentation.
Hybaid developed a number of innovative products and grew
very rapidly reaching £7.3 million turnover and £1.3
million profit by 1994 with more than 80% of its manufacturing
output exported. In that year, Kevin chose to sell Hybaid
to a UK plc.
Kevin now works as a Business Angel within the Life Sciences
market |

Mr.
Rosenau has more than 21 years of experience in development
and marketing of innovative technologies. He was engaged in
the implementation and development of new technologies in
a variety of leadership positions.In 1993, Mr Rosenau founded
OAR Consulting GmbH and led his company to a successful IPO
in 1998 and created an international operation supplying innovative
solutions for information technology. He initiated several
mergers and consequently improved the service spectrum of
his company. In 2000 his success was honored with the award
“finalist entrepreneur of the year”. Since 2003
he has supported IT-related companies in the development of
their business strategy, financing and project planning. |
