Gel casting pack

1 pack contains 5 kits; each kit can cast up to 1 litre of SDS-PAGE gels with standard Laemmli chemistry (enough for up to 14 large format gels).

The pack contains:

• acrylamide solution (37.5:1 acrylamide:bis-acrylamide)
• glycerol solution
• tris/SDS solution (pH8.8)
• TEMED solution
• two aliquots of ammonium persulphate

The only thing that the user needs to supply is approx. 1800 ml of high quality water.

Supplied with premixed acrylamide bisacrylamide powder for the addition of water and Rhinohide.

2.5l of 10X gel running buffer. Once diluted to 1X, provides a buffer of 25mM tris, 192mM glycine, 0.2% SDS.
